is a gentle, energy-based approach that helps identify and release trapped emotions and stress patterns stored in the body allowing your system to feel calmer, more balanced, and more at ease.

This work isn’t about rehashing your past or talking about the same thing over and over. It’s about helping you feel more at ease, more grounded, and more like you again.

What Is Emotional Body Coding?

Emotional Body Coding is based on the idea that unprocessed emotions can become stored in the body and influence how we feel emotionally, mentally, and energetically over time.

Using muscle testing and gentle energy techniques, we identify emotional stress that’s ready to be released and support the body in returning to balance.

What a Session Is Like

Sessions are calm, supportive, and guided with respect for your comfort and boundaries.

During a session, I will:
